Please be reminded that the 2025 Data Logger installation instructions had been changed. We hope that you have already been informed by your car manufacturer that a telemetry module must be installed for the SP9, SP-X and SP-PRO classes.
- From the 2025 ADAC 24h Nürburgring Qualifiers event onwards all cars (SP9, SP-X and SP-PRO) have to equip there scrutineering data logger with a telemetry module.
- It is strongly recommended to use the telemetry module from NLS2 event onward
- The boost pressure control (see below) described in the BOP will be in place with immediate effect.
For Turbo cars, the reference pressure (as described in the BoP), will be send via the telemetry and the data logger to the ecu. The reference pressure regulation as described in the BoP boost pressure control, will be changed to following principle:
- Reference pressure can be changed any time during the event
- Published Reference pressure will remain valid for at least 60 minutes.
- Reference pressure will only be updated if a pressure change of more than 5 mbar occurred over the last published pressure.
- After a reference pressure change during a session and the case that a car would need to update the reference pressure “manually”, the last published reference pressure remains valid until the pamb value in the car was changed to the new value. This change has to be done , the latest during the next pitstop.
